The summer program is handled through the Summer Session Office. This office is located in Building B of the University Extension (#234 on the UCI map). However, the staffing of the courses is the responsibility of the Department and will be assigned by the Chair and Summer Sessions Coordinator. First priority will be given to regular faculty. Second priority will be to Mathematics Graduate Students. Third priority will be to visitors that will work closely with a regular faculty member. All Summer Session staff will need to go to the Summer Session Office to complete appropriate employment paperwork as soon as they have received their assignment. Payroll cannot be processed for individuals who have not completed the appropriate employment forms. Assignment will not be made to anyone who does not already have the requisite citizenship, residency or visa status valid for the entire work period. Payroll is generated from the Summer Session Office (Ext. 45187).
