Background:
I graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2014 majoring in Engineering Physics and minoring in Mathematics. Following my time at Berkeley, I began graduate studies in Mathematics at the University of California, Irvine in 2014. I most recently completed my Master's Degree (in Mathematics) at the end of Fall 2015.

A few miscellaneous facts about myself:
I thoroughly enjoy playing the violin and soccer and a spent a lot of time doing both at Berkeley. I also like to cook, game, and watch sports in general. I used to run cross country in high school and I still casually run.
[For fun]
Some personal bests (from high school) are a 4:49 mile and a 16:40 5km (cross country race, Woodward Park in Clovis, CA). My preferred positions in soccer are (1st) left/right back and (2nd) any midfield role.
Some of my favorite violin pieces are Bach's Six Sonatas & Partitas, Bruch's Scottish Fantasy, and Glazunov's Violin Concerto in A minor. My favorite violinist is Hilary Hahn. To also name an orchestral work, I personally really like Vaughn Williams' Fantasia on a Theme by Thomas Tallis; it is a very soothing piece.
My favorite band is Quietdrive, based out of Minnesota.
