Dinner at Eureka!
Irvine. |
Location: Natural Sciences II, room 1201 (building 402, located at F5 on this map).
Travel support: Some travel funding is available for participants, with preference given to graduate students and postdocs, especially those giving lightning talks. We also encourage applications from members of under-represented groups. If you would like to apply for funding, please contact Nathan Kaplan with an itemized estimate of expenses, preferably by October 11th. Please include your name, affiliation, and advisor's name (if applicable). We strongly encourage carpooling.Dinner: There will be a conference dinner at Eureka! Irvine following the last talk. It is about 16 minutes walking from the location of the talks.
Take Bison east into campus.
The closest lot to the lectures is 12A. You can buy a permit from the dispenser at the entrance to lot 12A ($18/day or $4/hour). Alternatively, you can buy a permit for $13/day or $2/hour and park in an unmarked stall in the Anteater Parking Structure, which is APS in E7 on the map.
Annual and quarterly permits from other UC schools are honored
at UCI in any space not marked "Enforced 24 hours".
