• The notes will update as we progress through the term and are largely based on chapters 5, 6 and 7 of Linear Algebra by Friedberg, Insel + Spence, 4th Ed, Prentice Hall. Notes covering a given lecture will generally update by the next morning.
• Provided notes (and the suggested textbook) are no substitute for attending lecture and taking your own. Notes will generally not be released in advance and will often cover slightly different exercises to those seen in class.
• All homework exercises (see Canvas) refer to these notes only. Solutions to all exercises will eventually appear within Canvas.
• Please report typos or anything that's unclear so the notes can be improved.
