For a general class of symmetric Kronecker random matrices we establish the Central Limit Theorem of the linear spectral statistics on mesoscopic scales inside the bulk. The result is obtained through the analysis of the characteristic function of the linear statistics, and relies on the detailed study of the resolvent of the Kronecker random matrices and the corresponding Dyson equation.
