As the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of the Mathematics Department, Claudia oversees the comprehensive management of departmental functions. She is responsible for the development and execution of management systems that ensure effective oversight of all planning and operational endeavors. Her jurisdiction spans a variety of key areas, including finance and accounting, contracts, grants, academic and staff personnel matters, administration of instructional programs, as well as graduate and undergraduate student affairs. Additionally, Claudia oversees facilities and space management, administrative and technical support services, compliance with safety regulations, and the fostering of program development.
