Undergraduate Program Coordinator

The Undergraduate Coordinator Independently coordinates the Undergraduate Affairs Program in the Department of Mathematics. The Undergraduate Coordinator advises students on academic policies and enrollment, organizes and coordinates undergraduate recruitment activities and outreach programs. This position works with the Vice Chair of Undergraduate Study on course planning and enrollment issues and interprets and implements both Campus and Department policies and procedures relating to the Undergraduate Program. Independently liaises with the Physical Sciences Student Affairs Office on matters relating to the Undergraduate Program and independently develops and prepares the quarterly schedule of classes. The Undergraduate Coordinator administers the Mathematics teaching evaluation program and generates, interprets, and prepares data in a variety of statistical reports. Coordinates the ordering of textbooks and course materials and provides analytical and administrative support to the Vice Chair and MSO.
