Financial and Grants Analyst

Jim Keehn manages all financial operations for the Department of Mathematics, including budget analysis, preparation, and monitoring. He advises the department’s MSO, faculty, and staff on financial matters, handles accounts payable, and prepares budgets for research grants and contracts. Jim also coordinates and prepares grant proposals with Principal Investigators, working closely with external funding agencies and UCI’s Sponsored Projects Office, ensuring financial compliance and effective management of departmental resources.
