Independently responsible for coordinating, managing and providing analytical and administrative support for all facets of Academic Personnel, including: recruitment, merits, promotions, voting, visiting employment procedures, leaves of absence and international relations. Responsible for the independent interpretation of policies and procedures, problem solving and making recommendations to the MSO and Chair on variety of personnel matters. Maintains personnel files and data in a confidential way and provides reports to MSO and Chair as needed/requested. Provides executive administrative support to the Chair.
